One more month, welcome to the monthly post of The Occultist! This month we want to show you an essential part of the development process of The Occultist: how we went from concept to the final environment of GodStone.
Through four comparisons, we would like you to see the evolution of some important locations of the island
From Art to Game: 4 scenes, 2 worlds
🎨 The concept is used to define the tone, atmosphere and key elements of each scenario.
🛠️ The final render is the result of weeks of work focused on composition, lighting, level design and environmental narrative.
🌫️ GodStone evolves, but never loses its soul.
