The Neeblarium changes
Build 1360 is one of those moments where a lot of long-running threads finally tie together.
This update closes several core-loop gaps and pushes the Neeblarium firmly into its intended shape: discover → understand → preserve → refine → progress.
I’m not listing every change here—there are too many—but the highlights below capture what fundamentally changed about how the game plays.
🧬 Neeblies Are Now Worth Knowing
Neeblies finally have real traits, real rarity, and real identity —and the game now supports discovering and caring about them long-term.
Traits and rarity are no longer abstract numbers
You discover what makes a Neeblie special
Lineage, heritage, and family history matter
Rare finds feel meaningful, not accidental
This closes a major loop: observation now leads to intention.
📚 The Neeblie Collection Library
You now have a proper way to browse, review, and manage your Neeblies.
See your population as a collection, not a blur
Navigate by lineage, rarity, and traits
Make informed decisions about who to preserve, study, or blueprint
This is a big quality-of-life leap—and a necessary step toward deeper genetics play.
🌳 Heritage & Lineage, Fully Realized
Family trees are no longer just a concept—they’re visible, persistent, and meaningful.
Full genealogy tracking across generations
Clear lineage relationships
Long-term family identity instead of disposable populations
Your colony now tells stories over time.
🧪 The Blueprint Loop (Core Progression Unlock)
This is a huge one.
You can now:
Extract DNA from exceptional Neeblies
Create Blueprints to preserve their genetics
Carry those genetics forward intentionally
Build toward specific goals instead of rolling the dice
This is the backbone of selective breeding, cross-biome play, and long-term progression.
📖 Scrapbook & Achievements — Reimagined
The Scrapbook has been completely reworked to align with how progression actually happens now.
Discoveries, achievements, and milestones finally feel connected
Progress is tracked across your profile, not just one run
The interface is clearer, calmer, and more intentional
Charms now have context. Progress has memory.
⚙️ New: Engineering Systems
A brand-new system layer introduces more advanced interactions and long-term tools.
This is still early—but it opens the door to deeper control, customization, and future mechanics that go beyond simple caretaking.
🎨 UI & UX Polish Across the Board
A lot of small but important refinements landed here:
Cleaner discovery browsing
Clearer sectioning and navigation
Reduced UI friction
Better alignment between systems that used to feel separate
The game is steadily becoming easier to read and harder to misunderstand.
🌱 Why This Update Matters
Build 1360 is where the Neeblarium really starts to feel like it knows what it is.
Discovery drives progression
Traits and rarity are earned, not handed out
Preservation replaces hoarding
Systems reinforce each other instead of competing
There’s still balancing to do. There will still be bugs. But the core loop is finally closing —and that’s a big deal.
More refinement, tuning, and visual polish are coming next. For now: enjoy discovering what your Neeblies have been quietly becoming all along. 💚
