The Neeblarium changes
What’s New & Improved
💾 Stronger Save & Recovery
Saves have been migrated to a new encrypted format for better reliability.
Improved recovery systems help protect worlds from rare edge cases.
Added a small safety net so new or fragile worlds can always recover cleanly.
🌱 Lineage, Scrapbook & Discoveries
Lineage tracking is more accurate, including how mutations influence family history.
Badges and lineage entries are clearer, more readable, and better documented.
Discovery tags and “NEW” indicators behave more cleanly and consistently.
🧭 UI & Options Polish
Options now apply more intuitively, with fewer warnings and smoother quitting.
Locked tools clearly show as unavailable, with helpful unlock hints.
Bed naming and renaming is more reliable and visually consistent.
🎨 Visual & Presentation Updates
Mythic Neeblies received subtle visual upgrades so they feel appropriately special.
Steam store and library art has been refreshed to better reflect the game’s direction.
🧹 Cleanup & Simplification
Retired some older flows and bonuses that no longer fit the evolving design.
Removed unused systems and legacy logic to keep things focused and stable.
Why This Matters
This release doesn’t add a flashy new system—it strengthens the foundation. Your saves are safer, progression reads more clearly, and the world behaves more predictably as it grows.
As always, feedback from keepers continues to shape where things go next.
