The Last Mothership changes
Hi everyone,
We’re Tiny North Games a small 3-person indie team (a developer, an artist/designer, and a musician).
We're creating The Last Mothership. It's a short sci-fi incremental game where you play as a mothership devouring planets. Mine, manage resources, grow your alien fleet and unlock permanent upgrades to evolve your species.
👾 After week 1 - we’re at 250 wishlists and counting! 👾
Can’t believe it’s been a week since we launched our Steam page and game reveal trailer. Thank you so much for your amazing support, and for coming with us on this space journey.

Development timeline
We’ve gotten some questions about our roadmap, so we thought we’d address it in this first post. Keep in mind that these dates aren’t fixed, things may move around a bit. But we'll keep you updated as we go through each of these stages:
Closed playtests → currently underway
Public playtests → within a few weeks
Demo → in a couple of months
Next Fest → depending on how playtesting goes, we’d want to join the October 2026 Next Fest
Full release → targeting Q4 2026
Plans for full game release
Aiming for 5-10 hour relaxing gameplay experience
There's no need for auto-clickers. We want you to get in the flow, not break your mouse
Music - look forward to an addictive soundtrack composed for the game
Steam PC - confirmed
Other platforms - TBD, we’re looking into macOS and Steam deck
Localization - TBD, let us know what languages you’d be interested in. And if you're a translator, please do reach out to us. We'd love to hear from you!
Wishlist on Steam:
We’re happy to answer any questions, and feedback is very welcome! Let us know if you have any wishes or suggestions for what you’d like to see in the game. See you in the next post :)
