Updates
Implemented a UI to view character family trees.
Changed the notification UI for world collapse level that is displayed periodically.
Accordingly, the world collapse notification frequency setting has been moved to the Options panel.
Changed the display UI when receiving advice from vassals, and added a specification to display relevant status items for each royal decree action.
When issuing royal decrees to vassals, added a specification to display relevant status items for each decree action and automatically sort by the first item.

Balance Adjustments
Adjusted to extend the waiting period until the next advice when the player rejects advice from vassals.
Adjusted so that when the player rejects a vassal's advice to declare war, the vassal cannot advise war declaration for 60 days, same as the player.
Adjusted the maximum impression value decrease that occurs when rejecting advice from vassals to -25.
When an allied nation is at war, you can no longer propose an alliance from your nation to a nation that is at war with the allied nation.
When defeated in battle, set limits on items and money that can be plundered, and adjusted so that a certain percentage of food and money remains.
Expanded the clickable range of the quantity adjustment slider when purchasing goods or making commercial investments.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the behavior when pressing the Esc key was partially unstable.
Fixed an issue where, in commercial investment advice from vassals, target values could be set exceeding the commerce value cap.
Fixed an issue where prisoners who should have been sold remained in the unit when selling prisoners while the unit panel was open.
Fixed an issue where the game could become unplayable when the protagonist dies in Sandbox mode.
Fixed an issue where multiple confirmation dialogs could be opened when using items from the inventory.
Fixed an issue where time continued to progress when it should be stopped after completing the "Trial of Love" quest on the field.
Fixed an issue where multiple royal decree issuance UI panels could be opened.
