Thank you very much for playing The End of History.
Although it has only been two days since the start of Early Access, many players have already spent time with the game and shared a large number of bug reports and improvement requests through reviews and our Discord community. We truly appreciate all of your feedback.
For the confirmed issues and planned features listed below, we are currently working toward resolving and implementing them within one month.
■ Bug Fixes
Unexpected crashes and freezes
We are investigating and fixing reports of unexpected crashes and freezes experienced by some players, with the goal of providing a more stable gameplay experience.
Battles occasionally not being recognized as victories
We will fix cases where battles are correctly won but are not treated as victories by the system.
Adjustment to the frequency and logic of liege-issued orders
We will review the frequency and completion conditions of orders issued by lieges that can significantly disrupt player plans, and adjust them toward a balance that feels more reasonable and understandable as changing directives.
Orders being overwritten unintentionally and marked as failed
In cases where a liege overwrites an existing order for their own reasons, the original order should not be treated as failed. Currently, orders are being overwritten more frequently than intended, so we will correct both the logic and frequency to match the original design.
Occasional duplicate declarations of war between the same nations
We are investigating and fixing reports where the same nations end up in a war state multiple times unintentionally.
■ New Features & System Adjustments
Combat and attack condition improvements
Revising the rule where objectives targeting enemy units in orders or quests can only be completed by initiating field battles
Revising the rule that prevents attacking units with 0 morale
Character creation & world settings
Adding customization options for the protagonist’s portrait and initial stats when starting Sandbox mode
Adding an option to start Sandbox mode in the same world as the Campaign
UI / UX improvements
Adding a conversation log viewer
Allowing the Space key to pause during auto-movement on the field
Cloud save support
■ Update Policy
Throughout the Early Access period, our top priority will remain improving the overall gameplay experience.
We are also reviewing additional controller support and broader UI/UX improvements that were part of the original plan. We will share more details once we have a clearer outlook.
Thank you again for all your reports and feedback. Your input is a major motivation for us as we continue refining the game and working toward a better experience for everyone.
