Build 08 patch changelog

Starting to post version changelogs in Steam too since tomorrow is the game's soft release. I'm preparing a roadmap post with information for the remaining months of 2021. Changelog: - Added tips in loading screen.

fixedChangelog: - Added tips in loading screen. - An issue in which keys re-assignation would reset when quitting the game has been fixed. - An issue in which alive players could read projection text chat has been fixed. - Players won't be able to fix stuff (open doors, etc) when in projection mode. This fixes the issue in Stalker mode in which audio cues would pop up for doors opened by projections (or ghosts). - Some mutagens don't work in some modes, descriptions in shop now reference that. - Fixed an issue in which match would not end if a host transfer occurred while ingame and no innocents or no insidious were left. - Fixed an issue in which a player's footsteps could be heard after such player disconnected. - Added a new mutagen that alters player's voice pitch for fun. - Fixed a minor issue in which mouse cursor would still persist after escaping options (and required a click to hide). - Smoke devices last a bit longer and the fog they produce is now denser.
