Made the AT gun and Bofors more stable after finding more issues
Tutorial objective text would sometimes get cut off
V2 when hitting friendly tank with new armor rear hit logic would glitch out

I've received much feedback regarding in-game unit UI, I have updated the look and way it acts A much softer blue will be used to prevent eye strain and the unit UIs scale better now no matter how you are zoomed. This counts for all progress and tip bars in the game as well. Unit UI healthbar width scales according to health and all unit UIs are also much closer to units now.

Left shift + click to build 5 units at a time at any building
Smarter Pz4 behavior in tutorial, will chase anything you throw at it etc. Different AI than skirmish AI that handles it

Bug fixes:
- CosmeticWindows Accessibility Pointer Size GlitchCursor size now increases or decreases when entering into the game or exiting to adjust size
When adjusting camera rotation and using minimap to pan, camera would zoom in or out by itself, no longer the case
Supply depot team color strip visual glitch
Trying to place a building and clicking UI caused issues like building indicator not going away

Planes that can be called in for support now arrive faster and scout plane is in general a bit faster as well
Bug fixes:
Mouse click not working after cancelling buildings
Building visualizers can persist if some bugs occur or external software cause issues, should no longer be the case
In some instances artillery call in explosion particles didn't get reset
