Added time-based map unlocking (e.g. server would start with 3 maps unlocked, with 1 new map unlocking every day irl)

Increased Rot's stack size and unit mass (so rotting meat doesn't clog up your storage)
Improved scaling of explosive resources' power based on their quantity
Associate RPC asserts/errors with player ID/network connection
Improved server-side validation + optimized it a bit
Inventories now display their current weight when hovered
Most doors can now be opened/closed by left-clicking them
Made some ammo recipes cheaper
Made shipment mass affected by its contents
Changed Vending Machine's catalogue
Increased red sugar's mass per unit
Improved landmine arming logic (so they don't accidentally explode when being deployed)
Made conveyors, belts & pipes breakable
Increased various ore/mineral yields' roughly 3x
Himlkarzenus can now be used as currency at the Vending Machine
Fixes/Bugs
Fixed EC-MT Accelerator on rocket launcher being too scary
Fixed being unable to place an augmented Rocket Launcher on a tripod mount
Fixed Phlogiston Sprayer burning people through walls
Fixed NPCs ignoring "Open Doors" flag
Fixed hornets spamming repath when the target is underwater (was causing a huge performance hit)
Made item-dragging flight exploit a bit more difficult
Fixed an ugly augment exploit (found by @skaymo)
Fixed resources' despawn/merge counter being reset whenever their quantity changed
Optimized ECS system setup time during game init from ~5.4s to ~0.045s
