The second and final resend of the server outage compensation mail has now been completed for all eligible players who did not receive it properly.

This final resend was conducted after reviewing all reports of compensation mail delivery issues submitted by August 1.

■ Eligible Players

We reviewed and issued compensation to players who met any of the following conditions:

  • Players confirmed to have experienced an issue receiving the server outage compensation mail

  • Players who were unable to claim the compensation properly even after the original mail had expired

  • Players who submitted a report regarding compensation mail delivery issues by August 1

With this resend, all server outage compensation mail resends have now concluded.

Final compensation distribution has been completed based on reports received by August 1.

No additional resends or individual compensation distributions will be provided after this point.

We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused during the compensation distribution process.

We would also like to thank everyone for your patience and cooperation.
