Response to Server Instability and Item Disappearance Issues

We sincerely apologize to everyone who has been affected by the server instability and item disappearance issues that began on Saturday, July 25 (KST).

We responded to these problems as quickly as possible, but intermittent server instability has continued to be observed.

We have now identified and resolved the underlying causes of the instability, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely going forward.

We also understand that many of you were alarmed by the issue in which all of your items appeared to have vanished.

Our development team has completed its investigation into the cause and is currently carrying out recovery work.

This occurred in connection with the server failure, and the items you owned have not been lost.

If all of your items have disappeared, please submit a report through the link below.

We will restore and deliver them to you as quickly as possible.

If all of your items have disappeared, or if your game data has been rolled back to an earlier point, please close the game and refrain from launching or playing it again.

Continuing to play may make item recovery difficult. These backup files may be required to identify and restore the lost item information, so please compress your entire `TaskBarHero` folder in its current state and attach it to the support request form above as soon as possible. Folder location:
