changed■ If Your Compensation Mail Has Not Arrived If an incorrect SteamID64 was entered in the survey form, we may not be able to properly identify you as eligible for the resend. Please note that the survey form does not currently collect email addresses, so we are unable to individually contact users who entered an incorrect SteamID64 to request updated information. We appreciate your understanding. If you submitted the survey form before July 22 but still have not received your compensation mail after the 1st resend, please double-check the information you previously entered and resubmit the form with your correct SteamID64. ※ Your SteamID64 is a 17-digit number, not your Steam nickname or profile name. changedEach server outage compensation mail is sent to users who were registered at the time that mail was originally sent.
changedIf the compensation mail has arrived in your Mailbox but cannot be claimed due to an error, it will be re-delivered through the 2nd resend, which will take place after the existing mail expires and is deleted on August 1. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the compensation delivery issues, and we will continue monitoring to ensure that all eligible users receive their compensation properly.

This is the development team.

We will be resending the server outage compensation mail to some users who did not properly receive it.

■ Eligible Users

Users confirmed to have experienced mail delivery errors that occurred up until mid-July.

■ 1st Resend

July 29, 8:00 PM (KST | Seoul)

July 29, 12:00 PM (BST | London)

July 29, 4:00 AM (PDT | San Francisco)

Mail will be sent out sequentially starting from the times above.

※ Once delivery is complete, we will provide a follow-up notice with the exact completion time.

■ 2nd Resend

The current expiration date for the server outage compensation mail is August 1.

After the existing mail expires, we will re-verify users who ultimately did not receive their compensation and proceed with a second resend.

■ If Your Compensation Mail Has Not Arrived If an incorrect SteamID64 was entered in the survey form, we may not be able to properly identify you as eligible for the resend. Please note that the survey form does not currently collect email addresses, so we are unable to individually contact users who entered an incorrect SteamID64 to request updated information. ■ Eligibility May Be Affected by Your Account Creation Date

Each server outage compensation mail is sent to users who were registered at the time that mail was originally sent.

Therefore, accounts created after a specific compensation mail was sent are not eligible to receive compensation sent before that point.

Please note that even if you have submitted the survey form, some or all of the compensation may not apply depending on when your account was created.

■ Please Check Your Mailbox First

Upon review, we have confirmed cases where the compensation mail was delivered successfully but remains unclaimed in the Mailbox.

Before checking whether you need a resend, please first check your in-game Mailbox for any existing compensation mail and claim it.

If the compensation mail has arrived in your Mailbox but cannot be claimed due to an error, it will be re-delivered through the 2nd resend, which will take place after the existing mail expires and is deleted on August 1. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the compensation delivery issues, and we will continue monitoring to ensure that all eligible users receive their compensation properly.

Thank you.
