This update brings two important steps forward for Tawa: Lost in Time — both in world-building and exploration.

🦖 Dimetrodon Enter the World

The Dimetrodon have now joined the savanna. These ancient predators add a new layer of danger to the environment, reinforcing the contrast between Tawa’s fragility and the sheer scale of the prehistoric world.

Their presence is meant to be intimidating rather than overwhelming — they are part of the world, not just obstacles, and their size and behavior help sell the feeling of being small in a land ruled by giants.

🗺️ The Map Now Covers the Entire Area

The in-game map now fully covers the current savanna map. This is a major milestone for navigation and exploration, allowing players to better understand their surroundings without breaking immersion.

The map system is designed to grow alongside the game:

  • New areas will be added progressively

  • The map will expand as new regions are unlocked

  • Future biomes will seamlessly integrate into the existing layout

Exploration is meant to feel organic, and the map will continue to evolve as the world of Tawa expands.

More updates coming soon as development continues. Thank you for following the journey 🐭🌿
