─── Fixes, stability and gameplay improvements ───
⚠️ This update advances the game to version 1.07. Focused on bug fixes, performance improvements, UI clarity and system polishing.
🧩 General Fixes
Fixed various minor issues related to textures and fonts, improving overall visual consistency across menus and gameplay scenes.
Optimized internal game code, removing unnecessary processes and legacy elements to improve stability and performance.
🏠 Maps, Collisions & Event Systems
Fixed multiple collision issues in Lubina Town, improving player navigation and preventing unintended blocking states.
Applied additional performance optimizations to Lubina Town.
This map acts as a central hub for many systems and gameplay events.
It is also the largest and most performance-heavy map in the entire game.
These optimizations aim to reduce lag spikes and improve stability during exploration.
Fixed a teleportation bug in Mount Moredy, preventing incorrect player positioning.
Fixed an issue where the first enemy event would not properly disappear after being defeated, allowing it to trigger again on re-entry.
Fixed a softlock in the Wishing Fountain where selecting “Let me think about it” could freeze player movement and menus.
Fixed a bug in the mine area where after defeating the first boss, objectives would overlap incorrectly, causing progression confusion.
⚔️ Combat Balance
Lishana (enemy version) has been significantly nerfed in her duel encounter.
Her skill set has been simplified to reduce unfair difficulty spikes and improve encounter balance.
Lishana (playable character) has been slightly buffed.
Increased HP, physical defense, and magic defense to improve survivability and consistency in combat.
🎮 Gameplay — Stamina System
Increased stamina regeneration while walking, improving recovery flow.
Reduced stamina consumption while running, making movement more fluid.
Fixed a bug where stamina recovery caused visual movement flickering between walking and running states.
Added a new rule: players cannot run until stamina reaches 33%, improving readability of recovery and preventing unstable movement transitions.
⚔️ Combat System — Ability Feedback
Added a new system that displays clear on-screen messages when battle abilities activate, improving player understanding of combat effects in real time.
Examples:
🔴 Rugido de Titanes / Titan’s Roar “Attack power increased.”
🟢 Revitalización Celestial / Celestial Revitalization “Health regenerates over time.”
🟣 Marchitamiento / Withering “Health decreases over time.”
🟡 Ruptura del Destino / Fate Break “Critical damage increased.”
🔥 Desprotección Agresiva / Aggressive Disruption “Defense has been reduced.”
🎲 Poder Aleatorio / Random Power “An unpredictable force spreads across the battlefield.”
💰 Economy & Exploration
Increased Draken (gold) rewards obtained from exploration, making exploration more rewarding and meaningful.
🎮 Tutorial & Player Experience
Added a simple, non-intrusive control tutorial, highlighting basic inputs in a clear and readable way.
Added a pre-battle tutorial message before the first combat encounter, explaining core combat mechanics in a simple format to improve early-game understanding.
🎧 Music System — Music Box
Added colored song titles in the Music Box for improved readability and visual distinction.
Fixed several text description issues inside the Music Box interface.
⚙️ UI / Menu Improvements
Added a visual selection indicator using an underline system for toggle and multiple-choice options.
The active selection is now highlighted with a dynamic underline beneath the text.
Improves clarity in settings menus (ON/OFF, YES/NO, speed options).
Alignment has been adjusted so the underline is properly centered for each option.
🎥 Camera & Zoom System
Optimized the fixed x2 zoom system, improving performance while maintaining the intended visual framing.
Replaced the previous heavier zoom method with a more efficient and optimized system.
🎨 UI & Visual Polish
Reduced menu particle effects for a cleaner and lighter visual presentation.
Improved title screen performance and stability.
Enhanced shadow transition system when moving under environmental structures for smoother visual feedback.
🖼️ Title Screen & Branding
Added an interactive Steam icon on the title screen that links to the optional soundtrack DLC page.
This DLC is completely optional and serves as a voluntary support option for the project.
Improved warning screen visuals, including a refined warning logo.
Added LeashaDevGames logo to the opening warning screen for branding consistency.
✦ Developer Notes
This update focuses heavily on improving stability, performance, and readability across all systems, especially in high-load areas like Lubina Town.
The game will never lock gameplay or content behind DLC. The soundtrack DLC is entirely optional and exists purely as a support method for players who wish to contribute to the project while enjoying the game’s music through Steam.
Special thanks to Ticfriki Labs and totodile65 for their continued feedback and community support.
