Tailor Simulator changes
Hello Tailors,
This Hotfix gathers all the fixes we have made since our last update. Most of these come straight from your reports, along with the results of our own internal testing. Thank you for sharing every one of them with us, it really does shape the game.
Customers and the Register
Customers no longer keep shifting position while waiting. They now pick a single spot and wait there.
Customers now reference the waiting points at the register instead of the register itself, and pick the nearest available one.
When choosing that spot, waiting points on the front side of the register are now scored and prioritized, so customers stop gathering behind it.
Fixed customers pushing the player and blocking their movement in front of the register. Crowds no longer trap you or force you to barricade yourself in with furniture.
Fixed the chaos where customers coming to place or collect an order would cut in front of each other, making it impossible to tell whose bell was ringing.
Fixed clusters of customers piling up into a single area.
Orders and Delivery
Fixed the bug where an order was created from a random customer's requested clothing rather than the actual customer's. Orders now match the right person.
Seating and Furniture
The maximum number of chairs has been increased, so more seated customers can be served at once.
Cutting, sewing and add-on tables can now be sold, down to a minimum of one of each remaining.
Workers
Improved the material search algorithm workers use when restocking.
Fixed tailors not going to fetch thread and not restocking the machine, which left them stuck in a loop.
Vehicles
Fixed all NPCs standing upright while a vehicle was being driven.
Fixed standing female drivers.
Player Movement
Fixed the player getting wedged between customers with no way out. Without a jump the only escape was throwing a box, and this had cost players around 12 customers across repeated cases.
Thank you so much for reading, and for sticking with us through Early Access. Every report, suggestion and kind word you send our way pushes Tailor Simulator forward, and we truly could not do this without you.
Leave Us A Review
If you have a moment, please consider leaving a Steam review. Reviews mean a lot to us, and they make a big difference in helping us improve the project and reach more players. Thanks for your support.
