Regular Update #3 - New Computer, New Furniture & Bug Fixes

Hello Tailors, We're releasing version v0.2.1004 today, a packed regular update. Thank you for all the time you've put into playing Tailor Simulator and for the feedback you've shared with us along the way.

fixedA Computer That Actually Works Like OneThe old in-game computer is gone. We replaced it with a direct canvas and real mouse interaction system, added a search field to both the computer and city vendor screens, and resolved the frame drops and stutters when switching tabs or making purchases. Browsing your suppliers should feel noticeably smoother now.
addedThree New Furniture PiecesWe've added three new furniture options to the shop: two side tables and a showcase desk. All furniture now also comes with info tooltips so you know exactly what you're buying before you place it, and purchase limits have been optimized across the board.
removedOrders Now Arrive Packed in the Delivery VehicleYour wholesale orders no longer drop in one by one. From this update forward, goods from the wholesaler arrive packed inside boxes, delivered by a cargo vehicle. The vehicle's arrival horn has also been adjusted so it sounds the way it should.
fixedPlacement Mechanics Are Now Much More ReliablePlacing items on walls, ceilings, and floors has been fully polished. All known placement bugs and misleading visual indicators have been fixed, the false color highlight that appeared when hanging a chandelier on the ceiling is gone, and you can now place furniture in front of windows too. Airplane placement has also been corrected.

Placement Mechanics Are Now Much More Reliable

Placing items on walls, ceilings, and floors has been fully polished. All known placement bugs and misleading visual indicators have been fixed, the false color highlight that appeared when hanging a chandelier on the ceiling is gone, and you can now place furniture in front of windows too. Airplane placement has also been corrected.

  • Customers no longer exit the dressing room without clothing

  • Tracksuit hanger bug fixed

  • Cardigan clipping issue on the Addon Desk resolved

  • Ambient sounds adjusted

  • Round window interior trim unwrap corrected

  • Standing wait points on all floors reorganized

  • Customer pathfinding logic updatedfloor priority is now considered first, then proximity to available spots on that floor
  • Order book button tooltips updated

  • You can now jump on cars

  • General optimization and performance improvements
