Operators,
Since releasing the SYNCLIT demo, we’ve received a huge amount of feedback — and we want to say thank you. We’re reading everything: Steam comments, Reddit posts, and Discord messages.
Every piece of feedback is being reviewed and taken into account. What’s especially valuable is that many of your observations align closely with our internal plans for the game’s next iterations. This gives us confidence that we’re moving in the right direction.
Demo Scope
At the same time, it’s important to clarify: the current demo represents only a small slice of the full experience. A number of core elements are not yet included or fully implemented, such as:
Onboarding and player guidance: Clearer tutorials and in-game hints.
The Armory & Gear: A diverse system of weapons and unique abilities to define your playstyle.
- Enemy VarietyNew types of subconscious defenses and varied enemy encounters to challenge your tactics.
The Investigation Board: The core metagame mechanic for reconstructing memories.
Consumables and additional mechanics: Expanded tactical options during the Dive.
These systems are part of our roadmap and will significantly expand both gameplay depth and clarity.
Current Focus & Roadmap
Right now, our focus is:
Readability: Improving UI/UX and player understanding.
Combat Depth: Refining the core loop and balancing platforming with deckbuilding.
Expansion: Gradually introducing the missing systems and diversifying your arsenal.
Closing Protocol
Your feedback helps us prioritize what matters most. Thank you for being part of this process. You’re helping shape SYNCLIT into the game it’s meant to be.
