  17. Fixed not becomming day when loading early morning at night.

  18. Added new fog system.

  19. Added fog to dungeons and some areas.

  20. A few shaders will still be visible in dense fog, those will be changed on the go with the next updates.

  21. Fog in areas will in some cases override weather fog that will be added depending on area fog strength.

  22. Set water footprints little higher.

  23. Changed and fixed how town npcs move targets are loaded when starting the game.

  24. Now the initialization waits for the correct time after loading. Also loads the correct night position of the day, when loading at early hours.
