addedHappy Winter Sale everyone! Thanks to all the new people that have bought copies of the game over the last few days, I appreciate each and every one of you. Todays patch is some more additions based on feedback from a playthrough by a Twitch streamer named @MadChirpy. He is a fellow indie developer and took a day to play some other indie developer games on his stream. I got some more positive feedback and some other ideas to implement so this patch is some of that and a big bug fix.
fixedFixed an issue with sounds sometimes getting stuck "stuttering" when a menu is popped up.
addedAdded a new tutorial UI for the Start of Game, Level UP screen, and End of Wave screens to come up once to explain things. You can disable these by going into Options->Controls. They will also auto turn off after one wave of gameplay.
fixedFixed an issue where the player could click through the epilepsy warning and sometimes bring up other menus or change characters.
fixedFixed an situation where having four reward objects in a level prevented further objects from spawning on subsequent waves. This is a huge fix, you will now see interactable obelisks, weapon racks, and reward chests on waves beyond wave 1 in all of the levels now. Super annoyed that this bug has existed as long as it has, but its fixed now. My apologies!
