removedEven though its original home is clearly the U2, it’s no longer unusual to see the GI/1E running on the U1 and U3 as well. That variety is something we wanted to reflect in the DLC. Alongside regular service on the U1 and U3, you’ll also see the Gisela on the U2 — including as an AI-operated train in normal service. With this DLC, it will also replace our older Gisela model currently in the game.
addedA small fun fact: that older model was actually the very first vehicle model ever created for SubwaySim. After many virtual kilometers, it can now head into well-earned retirement.
addedOf course, it doesn’t stop at timetable operations. Once again, the DLC includes several scenarios designed to offer variety and different situations. For example, you’ll take over a train on New Year’s Eve shortly after midnight, or prepare trains at Warschauer Straße for the start of the day — until a small emergency suddenly changes your plans.

As with previous scenarios, the goal wasn’t simply to line up a series of drives, but to build in small stories and unique operational situations.
And that’s not all. We have something special for you tomorrow.
