v0.2.4:
Expanded tutorial and adjusted explanations for clarity (need feedback)
Added pop-ups to major panels on first open with WIP drafts of explanation blurbs
Continued work on contracts. Fixed some contracts being impossible due to the culture lacking prerequisite cells, tweaked progression and available objectives. Contracts now automatically detect if an objective is completed on acceptance. (Contracts still highly WIP, contain placeholders)
Continued work on cell portrait rendering (WIP, slightly less broken)
Added live valuation counters to strain cards
Fixed duplicate starter strains appearing in registry
Made drag-to-move more forgiving
Cell collision improvements. Should reduce snapping behavior.
Added single-save-per-culture enforcement to lab mode
Tutorial objectives should no longer reset on save/load while in-progress
Fixed Biomarket panel flashing whenever an order was opened or filled
Buffer size now automatically adjusts to system VRAM on first launch
