We’re excited to finally lift the curtain on StoneHold, a competitive team-based title that fuses the intensity of third-person action with the tactical depth of collectible card strategy.
In StoneHold, players take control of stone-forged Wardens - powerful heroes like the Barbarian, Wizard, Ranger, Cleric, and Rogue - and face off in fast, skill-based 5v5 arena battles. Each match lasts around twenty minutes and challenges players to outplay opponents through quick thinking, sharp aim, and smart deck-building.
Combat is over-the-shoulder and reflex-driven, but victory depends on more than just fast reactions. Destroying enemy turrets allows players to draw new Skill Cards mid-battle, while returning to base lets them swap abilities to counter their opponents. The result is a dynamic, ever-changing fight where no two matches - or decks - ever feel the same.
StoneHold’s unique “chiseled” fantasy world, powered by Unreal Engine 5, brings the battlefield to life with sharp detail and atmosphere. Each Warden is deeply tied to their element and lore, giving players not just a character to master, but a story to uncover.
Progression is designed around variety, not power creep. Victories earn rewards that can be broken down into Shards and used to upgrade your favorite cards. Each enhancement offers new effects balanced by mana and cooldown trade-offs, encouraging creative deck-building without unbalancing gameplay.
Regular updates will keep the experience fresh, introducing new Wardens, card sets, events, and ongoing balance changes to keep every fight unpredictable.
StoneHold will launch as a free-to-play title on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GamersFirst.com, with console versions in development. Players can wishlist now to be among the first to join the battle.
A Founder’s Pack featuring exclusive early rewards will be revealed soon.
The battle is in your hands, but the strategy is in your deck.
