Stomp and the Sword of Miracles changes
Hi everyone! The first update for the Stomp and the Sword of Miracles demo is now live, with a variety of bug fixes and tweaks.
Patch Notes
Slightly increased Frogcharm speed bonus
Added a slight squish animation and sound effects to the wall cling for better clarity
Made it so that sound effects pause when the game is paused
Fixed discrepancy in vending machine prices
Fixed issue where map marker didn’t display properly when indoors
Fixed a bug where it was possible to pause the game while the Portstone warp menu is open
Fixed bug where it was possible to use frame perfect inputs to jump a second time a split second after already jumping, making it possible to get further into the demo without collecting the Miracle Sword
Fixed multiple issues where it was possible for the player to interact with things between Stomp dying and respawning
Fixed issue where the screen effect when on low health would not disappear when healing from collecting a health upgrade
Fixed issue where it was possible for the player to just leave at the start of both Thunderkin battles
Fixed issue where the scroll speed for the map was less than half of what it was supposed to be when fully zoomed in
Fixed minor mouse input issues when scrolling down in the control mapping menu
Clarified wording in the description of the Cutting Crest and Frogcharm relics
Slight collision adjustments in certain rooms
Adjusted the game to preload audio samples on startup, which may slightly increase initial launch time but prevent situations in which audio tracks, especially music, may be out of sync
Improved joystick deadzone on up and down inputs
