STACK & the Grumblepuff from Above changes
Hello! A new update is available: 1.13.0
This update’s focus was on accessibility and streamlining. There are 5 new settings options, induction accessibility presets, and improves previous options. It has improved GUI, such as the summary panel, cursor prompts and new death screen. And improves animation and visuals with the brand-new player model, daylight cycle to the map and improved water. As well as everything else listed below!
Bugs can be report in "Menu > Info > Bugs / Feedback".
MacOS version currently having problems, so the update is currently only available to Windows and SteamOS.

Game
Level 6 now has pufferfish grumbles which expand if you get too close.
New induction screen, with new graphics, accessibility presets and instructions.
Fixed boss colour in performance mode.
More interactive and interesting summary panel.
Added ability to navigate the menu with WASD/arrows and SPACE/ENTER.
Fixed Coin Rush coins spawning on water on map.
You can now jump on the boss by left clicking (when using the mouse).
Fixed Bare bones setting for the boss and buddies.
Grass has a slight variation in colour.
Fixed player jumping when the game is paused.
Coins on level 5 no longer expire, instead they disappear when they touch water.
Water now has a ripple texture on it.
When in multiplayer, only one level is a flamed at a time.
Power Crystal icons sit above the darkness in level 3.
Power Crystals don’t show what they’ll be before a game has started and will always be randomised.
If there are 0 powerups the spawn rate doubles. None spawn if there are 4 already spawned, and the powerups reset power every 10 seconds.
Player will no longer be readied when touching ice in level 7 multiplayer.
It shows snow instead of rain when near level 7 and 8.
Level 8 now has custom music.
Power Crystals despawn if they are too far away from any player.
Fire Trail powerup now has some yellow mixed into the trail.
The story map now displays night mode like every other part of the game.
Fixed Boss sound effects.
Fire trail lights up shadows on level 3.
Added new death screen animation.
Added cloud and star reflections in water on story map.
Added finger click sound for Grumblepuff attack.
When you beat the game, it now displays the time you beat it in, and things to do next.
Fixed dust particles colour when game is in kiosk mode.
Coinrush coins run away from the player in level 2.
Gold and Silver buddies’ colours are more uniform and metal like.
Swift motion blur now works better with higher stacks.
Updated Ghost sprite.
Updated Dead eyes on player.
Fixed Level 2 grumble spawning from increasing while game is paused.
Grumblepuff hit and death, dialog talk SFX now all vary in pitch by up to 10%.
Added talk SFX for the The Grumblepuff.
Fixed Buddy dialog text on level 5.
System
Added a Kiosk Mode that unlocks everything.
Object water reflections better optimised.
Tracks highest score per level per gamemode.
Tracks how many each level was played.
Fixed File size due to music files now being stored differently.
Savefile button automatically appears once you beat the game.
If a button is 100% transparent, it is no longer clickable.
Game automatically logs Datapackle errors and crashes in a file.

Tracks how much player sprints, how long the player stands still, which direction is used the most and times jumped.
Story map more efficient, ant code and better unloading of objects.
Limit to the number of coins which can spawn for each level: 300, 300, 30, 300, 300, 50, 300 and 50 respectively.
Fixed game crash when a dropped coin touches a level 7 tree.
Fixed cursor reacting to an invisible summary panel.
Changed Coin despawn distance from 3000 to 2000.
Level 2 coinrush coins now spawn in caterpillars.
Game only saves automatically if the last menu opened was Options.
New player animation and model!
Level 4 and Level 7 are now slightly tinted in colour to match their environments better.
The dirt particles a coin spawns when the game is first started are now the correct colour.
Options Tab
Font scale option now shows decimal values.
Option to censor Steam usernames.
Option to turn off text animation.
Option to modify the GUI border from 0.5x to 2x
Option to hide hourly goals and other not necessary GUI.
Option to whether game controllers automatically connect.
Option previews now appear on the mouse instead of in the top left.
GUI
Updated Audio transcript, it’s more visually distinct to what it’s describing.
Added screenshot preview in the bottom left of screen.
Gold and silver buddy icons.
Colourful text setting now displays “Final score” colour correctly.
Savefile menu blur and input prompts no longer shows in situations they shouldn’t.
The +1 second prompt sits lower down in level 8.
Fixed object and player depthing on mini map.
The timer in level 5 now has the right transparency.
Summary panel is no longer visible when the game is paused.
GUI elements like “Coins:” and the minimap go transparent when any player is obscured by them.

Ability to scroll through console.
When /sound gets an invalid string, it’ll say so instead of displaying a crash error.
You can now hold backspace to clear text faster.
New sounds added to /sound: crystal.collect, coinLarge.collect and ticktock.
