This balance update fixes a few bugs, buffs and nerfs a few units and classes, and overall makes the game more consistent difficulty wise.

Unit, class and passive changes

  • Lich: doubled projectile speed

  • Highlander: doubled attack area

  • Cannoneer: Lv.3 effect now repeats 7 times (from 5) and the delay between each attack is longer

  • Wizard: Lv.3 effect now chains 3 times (from 5)

  • Roguescrit chance changed to 15/30% (from 10/20%)
  • Psykersattack speed and damage bonus changed to 10/20% (from 5/10%)
  • Divine Machine Arrow: now pierces 4 times (from 5)

  • " Concentrated Fire-50% area size and +100% area damage" has been removed
  • " Echo Barrage20% chance to create 3 secondary AoEs on AoE hit" has been added

Difficulty

  • The overall difficulty of the game has been slightly decreased at NG+n levels

  • After beating the game once now there's a button to restart it without going into NG+n

  • If you want to decrease the difficulty level, you can go into AppData/Roaming/SNKRX/state.txt and change "new_game_plus" to a lower value

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the Saboteur's area wouldn't be affected by AoE buffs

  • Fixed a bug where the snake's size wouldn't properly increase after beating the game

  • Fixed a bug where some passives would show up again after being bought when they shouldn't

  • Fixed interest not being capped to 5

  • Fixed a bug where buying passives too fast would break the game

  • Fixed a bug where certain units wouldn't create Void Rifts when they should

  • Fixed several blue screen crashes
