Hello Chefs! Another little patch again - there were a few things still on my list over the weekend that didn't make it into 1.2.0 in-time, but I had a lot of time this morning now the kitchen is relatively stabilising!

changedThis means you can just check with the overlay at any point, and it'll adjust correctly for cooling/freezing (spoilers!), however if the source of your stuff is off-screen (say soft cheese > mild cheese) and you wanted to know the original values, when you talk to your Z0U5-CH3F (or whatever NPC is staring at you) and check ingredients in the ingredient list, any items with shelf-life will list their initial shelf-life value:

Couple of things with shelf-life, a few of you have mentioned now on wanting more visiblity around the actual shelf-life 'counter', so I've done a couple things that will hopefully help - the first is adding the actual count to pipe parcels when you have the overlay active:

  • Fixed not being able to place belts a tile above other utilities - you now can and it'll remove the underneath correctly (belts are 2 tiles high)

  • Fixed being able to use Y on gamepad in bonus levels that have no top-right bot button active, causing a crash if talked to

  • Fixed in-game settings pause screen level name not changing when changing language

  • Fixed being able to paste machines on gamepad in spaces you shouldn't be able to

  • Fixed not being able to copy machines on gamepad after pasting 1 time

  • Fixed chefomatic saying 'wrong liquid' when ingredients were wrong

  • Fixed not being able to delete level progress on gamepad

  • Fixed Nikolus having the wrong expression all the time

  • Fixed respawn prompt in W1-5 missing key icon

  • Fixed trash slot tooltip missing the DELETE key icon on PC

Levels Changed

  • [W1-B2] Added placeable bg tile and correct block for bayleaf in-case you remove it by accident [requires level restart]

  • [W1-5] Added path back up from star room because too many people go in the room and save+quit rather than respawn lol [requires level restart]
