addedUpdate 1.1The first major Slash/Jump update is here! The Speedrun Update. This update is meant to make speedrunning the game more enjoyable and frictionless, as well as add many general improvements to the game as a whole. I will list out the biggest things in the update here: The biggest thing I added is of course the in game timer, complete with splits and a toggle in the settings menu A skip cutscene button in the menu A link to the speedrun.com page after you beat the game once A run counter which you can see in the credits menu
fixedUpdate 1.1But there are also many minor changes and I'll list them here: Reworked the respawn system, this should speed up respawns, especially on lower end hardware. Added loading screens Removed the debug menu Made it so you cant move while you're still respawning Fixed a whole lotta bugs. Added polish in a few places
addedAny more updates? No. 1.1 will be the last big update for the game for now. I have been working solo on 1.1 and I am very excited to be able to stop thinking about this game. There will probably still be a few small patches to fix bugs but nothing new will be added for the next months, if not more.
