First of all, thank you so much to everyone who has wishlisted Silkgrove, it really means a lot to us.

We’re starting a small Devlog series to share our journey with you, early looks, experiments, and the world we’re building step by step.

Silkgrove is a cozy narrative exploration game set in a world slowly recovering from collapse. You play as Annie, restoring land, rebuilding systems, and uncovering what was lost. Each region has its own identity, from a peaceful solarpunk world to dead-silk zones and distant desert settlements like the Kaari, each with different people, stories, and ways of living.

Some of what you’ll see is still early work and won’t reflect final quality, but we want to bring you along as the game grows.

We’ll also be sharing a new tease reveal as part of Earth Appreciation Festival 2026 🌍✨
