100 of you. Thank you.
The SideEye High group just crossed 100 members. As a one-person studio, that number means more than I can easily put into words. Every join, every wishlist, every bit of feedback in the discussion threads genuinely shapes where this game goes. The advancement of the minigames and the removal of the timer both came directly from your notes. So, before anything else: thank you for being here at the start of the investigation. And to mark it, I want to show you what's coming next.
Murph is getting hands. The next demo update is the biggest one yet, and it changes how the whole investigation feels. Right now, Murph can see the world but can't truly reach into it. That's about to change. When it lands, you'll be able to:
Pick up and use items in both hands.
Examine evidence up close, use the magnifier to inspect the fine stuff.
Use the menu system integrated into Murph's trenchcoat. Steam post imageThis is the foundation everything else is built on. Dusting prints, comparing shoeprints, reading handwriting all runs through Murph's hands. Getting them feeling right has been the single biggest step toward making SideEye High play the way it's meant to. And it ties straight back to the heart of the game: what you miss is what you believe. Hands mean you'll finally choose what to pick up, what to scrutinize, and what to overlook. Every overlooked detail is a story you tell yourself. Want to be there when it drops? The update is coming soon. I'm putting the final polish on it now. The best way to catch it the moment it's live: - Wishlist SideEye High — it's the single biggest thing that helps a one-person studio reach launch. - Follow the game so the update lands right in your feed. Wishlist SideEye High: SideEye High Here's to the next 100. See you when Murph gets his hands dirty. — Phil, Fundamental Studios
