Humble apologies - Unlocks should now be working again!
I've added a "cheat" so you can reclaim your lost points:
On the main menu, hold down CTRL+Z
You will be taken to the Unlocks screen and be given 30 points - this is about the same as completing a run on Normal.
There is nothing to stop you repeating this as much as you like - I guess I will leave the feature in, as some people might just prefer to have everything unlocked...
