Sensory Overload changes
Pancak3s here.
It's out! The Sensory Overload demo is live right now, and it's free.
A few months ago, I told you June 1st. It is, somehow, June 1st. I don't really know how to process that, so I'm just going to keep typing.
If you've been waiting for this: This is it. Go play it. Come back and tell me what happened.
If you've been watching the clips and thinking"that doesn't look that bad": This is where you find out. Don't complain if you get dizzy, though!
What's in the demo:
The opening of the campaign - your introduction to the tunnel
A taste of the obstacle and effect system that powers the full game
Music-synced visuals (play well, the tunnel rewards you)
Online leaderboards - climb them, defend them, lose them
Steam Deck is supported and tested
This is a real slice of what's to come. You'll experience 5 wall effects that power the full game. Launch is still July 20th, and your feedback over the next few weeks will directly shape what's in the final game.
How to help (if you want to):
Wishlist if you haven't - it's an important signal to Steam that this is a game worth playing.
Report bugs through the in-game reporter or the Discord.
Post clips if you survive (or if you don't). Tag the game. I'll see it.
Leave a review for the demo, even one line helps.
Thank you. 80,000 wishlists ago, this was just a weird experiment. Now it's a thing you can actually play. That's because of you.
I'll be on Discord all day watching the chaos unfold. See you in the tunnel.
