UPDATE #1

Hey everyone!

Pancak3s here. This is my first proper update on Steam, and I figured it's time since... a lot has happened.

A few months ago, I posted a short about a game I was building that makes people motion sick. It got a few million views. Then a few more million. And now 80,000 of you have wishlisted it. That still doesn't feel real.

Here's where we are:

The game is launching on July 20th. That date is locked.

A free demo drops on June 1st as part of Steam Next Fest. This will be your first chance to play it and find out if you can actually handle it or if you've been talking tough on YouTube and TikTok. 👀

A private playtest is happening right now with our Discord community. They've been breaking things, reporting bugs, and giving feedback that's directly shaping the final game. If you want in on future testing, you can join the Discord server here.

What's in the game so far

  • Multiple levels, each targeting a different sense

  • Over 4,000 possible combinations of effects

  • Three play modes: Normal (survive and score), Ranked (endless escalation until your brain quits), and Zen (no pressure, no score, and no death)

  • A practice mode that lets you place checkpoints

  • A level editor so you can design and play community maps

  • An original soundtrack with music sync (if you play well, the game rewards you by syncing the colors to the music).

  • Community-designed obstacles (you can leave your own obstacle ideas in our Discord, and they just might make it into the official levels)

What's coming

More levels, more effects, more modes, and a few things I haven't announced yet.

The game will launch in 1.0, but that's just the beginning. I want to build this into the most intense sensory experience in gaming, and your feedback after launch is going to shape where it goes.

Thank you for wishlisting. Thank you for being here early. I'll be posting regular updates from now on.
