More Info on Weapons!

For those that are interested in what sort of weaponry will be at your disposal during your fight through the hells, this is the post for you!

We wont be talking about your suit or your gear in this post (stay tuned for more info on these) , just weapons.

In Sempra Infernalis, you don't start with a wide array of ordinance at your disposal, but as you progress through the game and earn essence (obtained from your fallen foes) you will be able to unlock new more powerful weaponry to improve your demon slaying ability.

Some weapons can be purchased with your collected essence, some can be unlocked through playing the game and others, must be built!

Below you can see the the starting pistol, and a more powerful item which is currently locked. Playing the game and killing hell spawn will unlock this weapon, amongst others.

Below you can see two shotguns, one is available immediately, provided if you have enough essence to purchase it. The other, like the pistol above needs to be unlocked.

As you play, more and more items will be come available to purchase, upgrade and equip. Almost every item in Sempra Infernalis can be upgraded. The only exception is legendary weapons.

Legendary Weapons must be built. In order to build them you must find their required parts. Each legendary weapon is made up of 6 parts, those parts are located around the map, powerful enemies or Mini Bosses may also drop parts as well. Once you have all 6 parts of the weapon, you are able to equip it straight away. Be warned, though. Legendary Weapons are over powered and have additional status effects such as pinning enemies to the terrain behind, setting them on fire or even just blowing them to bits completely.
