Sector Space changes
Added salvage tier level display in target window.
Added asteroid hardness level to display in target window, scanner that reports this value will be reworked later.
Changed fighter bay type weapons to show Fighter Bay class rather than Launcher.
Changed plasma type weapons to show either Plasma Cannon or Plasma Shotgun class rather than Plasma Weapon.
Fixed cargo USE button using repair kit on itself rather than the selected gear item.
Fixed damaged equipment indicator on fleet ships not reseting after repairing last damaged gear item.
Fixed developer market showing up in supply stations in some systems.
Fixed issue where switching out a salvager to another weapon wouldn't fully update the weapon slot.
Fixed marking a undiscovered target as friend or enemy using the target window side buttons.
Fixed modifier load order.
Fixed salvagers being able to be launched automatically on normal asteroid targets.
Fixed salvage target sparsity modifiers not showing.
Fixed stations not getting solar charge bonus from solar panel items and solar intensity check.
Fixed use modifier nanites button text reversed.
Minor graphical change to space junk and ruin debris.
Strange Ruin Debris salvage tier raise by 1.
