fixed[Edit 4/24/2018: Fixed a few more potential crashes and increased visible detail at 4/5 and 5/5 detail settings.] The first patch after smooth addresses some stability issues and improves the Level of Detail (LoD) system. So you get better performance than before while simultaneously seeing more detail! We improved LoD system in three ways: 1) Reduce artifacts in the lower detail meshes. 2) Properly adjust the LoD distance falloff curve across all sculpture layers to maintain steady performance. (having many sculpture layers used to cause issues...) 3) Improve sculpting responsiveness by breaking up the meshes into finer chunks within arms reach and coarser chunks in the distance. This also usually increases total visible detail! SculptrVR now does a much better job than the previous build at maintaining steady performance! Note that the default graphics settings are tuned for an i5 and a GTX 970. If you have better hardware, try bumping up the graphics settings! We're still on feature freeze while we prepare for launch on PSVR. We've been working exclusively on performance and stability, but I'm itching to add some features soon! Let me know in the comments what you'd like to see and what issues you run into! Also, please consider joining the SculptrVR Discord if you're interested in providing real time feedback and hearing about the development process: https://discord.gg/qEX5ZKG Thanks and happy sculpting! -Nathan
