Chat + Christmas!

I added chat, so you should be able to chat with the random people that join your lobby now! Just press enter to open the chat box.

I also fixed a bunch of bugs including

• frequent crashing in multiplayer when switching levels

• players not being properly kicked from the lobby after leaving

• player scores not being shown properly when one player leaves

• the flamethrower sometimes pulling enemies towards you instead of blasting them away
