Hi Scribblers!

Unfortunately this update is not as content heavy as the last one but there are still some important changes that needed to be addressed

Controller Support

I have now added controller support for local multiplayer, along with a complete revamp of the local multiplayer controller system. Previously, as the keybinds were bound to the drawings themselves, it was easy to mix up controls, and have one player controlling two robots. This has now been fixed, and along with keyboard controls, there is the option for controller, and the ability to rebind all keybinds, and add new keybind sets in the settings.

I have also added 2 new keybinds to play around with:

  • Ragdoll (space on keyboard, b on xbox, square on playstation)

  • Die (r on keyboard, y on xbox, triangle on playstation)

Alternate Sandbox maps

you can now use any map in the draw sandbox! just select what map you want to use in the lobby settings, and test out your drawings in the space station, or on the pirate ship! In the future I will be adding alternative sandbox maps to play on

Map Changes

I have revamped two of the king of the hill maps, to make them a bit more fun.

I made the tree in the mushroom forest a whole lot angrier

I fixed the conveyer belts in the robot factory to make them a bit stronger and move things more realistically. I also made the factory actually produce things, mainly explosive things...

Hats

I added 3 new hats

  • wizard hat

  • bucket

  • traffic cone

** The winners of the gnome finding competition will get their hats next patch don't you worry

Other changes

- Added a timer to the grappling hook, making it auto unhook after 8 seconds

Sneak Peek

Unfotunately controller support took a but longer than expected so I don't have any new maps and powerups for this patch, but here's a sneak peek at whats coming next

Thanks for playing everyone! If you find any bugs, lmk on the discord, steam discussions, comments, or through the bug report form.

Thanks,

Mr Mango
