changedJust pushed a pretty big audio pass across the game.
changedWeapons should feel a lot clearer now when they change. You’ll hear distinct sounds when you upgrade, and when you burn through upgraded ammo and drop back to default. It’s a small thing, but it makes moment to moment gameplay easier to read.
changedPickups also got cleaned up. Armor, health, and weapon upgrades now all have their own proper sounds instead of sharing the same generic one, so you can tell what you grabbed without needing to look.
changedThere’s also a broader pass on audio across multiple systems. Nothing flashy, just tightening things up so everything feels more consistent and intentional.

More polish updates coming soon.

[0.9.36] - 2026-04-14

  • Added clearer weapon transition audio feedback:

  • weapon upgrade sound now plays when a new player weapon is applied,

  • weapon downgrade sound now plays when upgraded weapon ammo is depleted and it falls back to default.

  • Ensured upgrade pickup sounds use specific SFX mappings for Armor, Health, and Weapon upgrades instead of a generic pickup label.
