changedWe are making the following changes based on recent feed back: -Melee weapon base damage increased by 30%, also adjusted some melee weapon's attack animation -Minimium time interval for player to take damage changed to 0.3 seconds, 0.2 previously -Removed base stat tag rolls from weapon enhance, all ranged weapons start with 2 offensive tags, all melee weapons Start with 2 offensive and 1 base stat tag, these tags should more or less correlate to the weapon's identity -Weapon enhance options now has a 30% chance to roll tag and 70% to roll single stat boost, previously 50/50 -Added additional tag bonuses to character passives at max rank -All relics now have a minimum of 2 tags -Shoulder charge base size increased by 30% -Red Elite's attack animation no longer interrupted when getting hit
