  • Bosses can now gain a state called 'Delay Resist' when using skills like 'Empower', 'Greater Empower', and other buffing skills, which reduces the effectiveness of player inflicted Delay unless dispelled.

  • The skill 'Ignition Burst' now properly consumes the 'Waymarker' state.

  • Cleaned up the translation in the Arts Learning Menu and in State Tooltips in battle when the language is set to Japanese.

  • A number of character tutorials didn't have their translations implemented. This is fixed.

I intended to hold this one back until I got a few more things done, but I noticed in a Japanese LP that some tutorials were untranslated. So welp, had to fix that quickly.

The rest will come at a later date, I suppose! I'm still waiting on a few things.
