Sacred 2 Remaster changes
First of all: thank you so much for playing Sacred 2 Remaster. It was a really hard ride to reach this point and we are really happy for your engagement. In case you encountered issues playing our game: we are very sorry, and we hear you loud and clear. Many issues are really hard to fix due to the legacy code and lack of original toolsets. Your feedback—both the praise and the criticism—is being actively collected and reviewed. We're not ignoring the issues, and we’re not standing still.
We've identified several causes behind the crashs and a significant memory leak. These stability issues are now our top priority, and we're working hard on a patch to address them as quickly as possible.
The team is working hard on a timely fix to resolve a lot of additional problems you all reported. Here are some of the top issues that are currently being tackled:
Crashes
Memory Leaks
Performance issues on PS5 after first install and startup (restarting PS5 seems to resolve this!)
Sound getting deactivated on consoles
Video codec issues on Steamdeck
Various minor bugfixes and improvements, based on issues reported and feedback collected
Thank you for your patience! —The Dev Team
