Rune Knights changes
NEW
Transmogrification
A new NPC in Town, Mystara, will now transmog your items to any other appearance you've collected for 100 gold per piece.
Utility Flask Overhaul
More Flask Points
Characters are now awarded an additional Flask Point every 5 levels instead of every 10. Characters will now have a typical maximum of 7 Flask Points at level 30, up from 4.
Binder will now display a floating flask over his head when you have Flask Points to spend.
Almost every Flask Effect has been rebalanced, and 11 brand new effects have been added.
1-Point Effects

| Lesser Vampire | Gain Lesser Vampire for 4 seconds, causing Hits to restore 10 Health over 5 seconds. |
| Lesser Protection | Receive 15% less damage for 4 seconds. |
| Relentless Regeneration | Mana and Stamina Regeneration cannot be halted for 4 seconds. |
| Mercy | Gain Mercy for 4 seconds. Mercy reduces the damage of the next Hit taken by 50%. |
| Cleanse | Removes all Crowd Control effects from you. |
2-Point Effects
| Regen Mana | +30 Mana Regeneration for 4 seconds |
| Regen Stamina | +30 Stamina Regeneration for 4 seconds |
| Regen Health | +30 Health Regeneration for 4 seconds |
| Duration Increase | Flask effects last 50% longer. |
| Diffusive Flask | Your Utility Flask applies its effects to all nearby allies. |
| Brutality | Gain Brutality for 4 seconds, increasing Bonus Damage by 30%. |
| Precision | Gain Precision for 4 seconds, increasing Critical Strike Chance by 15%. |
| Lethality | Gain Lethality for 4 seconds, increasing Critical Strike Damage by 15%. |
| Haste | Gain Haste for 4 seconds, increasing Attack Speed by 10%. |
| Rush | Gain Rush for 4 seconds, increasing Movement Speed by 25%. |
| Indomitable | Gain Indomitable for 4 seconds, cleansing and preventing all Crowd Control effects. |
3-Point Effects
| Vampire | Gain Vampire for 4 seconds, causing Hits to restore 20 Health over 5 seconds. |
| Protection | Receive 30% less damage for 4 seconds. |
| Lesser Wildshot | Gain Wildshot for 4 seconds. Wildshot causes Projectile skills to fire 2 additional projectiles and deal 15% less damage. |
| Bottled Inferno | Gain Avatar of Fire for 4 seconds, granting an On-Hit effect that Ignites the target for 30% of the damage dealt over 3 seconds. |
| Bottled Lightning | Gain Avatar of Lightning for 4 seconds, granting an On-Hit effect that generates chain lightning which chains for 30% of the damage to 2 additional targets. |
| Bottled Blizzard | Gain Avatar of Ice for 4 seconds, granting an On-Hit effect that applies a 25% Chill to targets for 2 seconds. |
| Unholy | Creates Desecrated Ground attached to you for 6 seconds. |

| Greater Vampire | Gain Greater Vampire for 4 seconds, causing Hits to restore 35 Health over 5 seconds. |
| Greater Protection | Receive 50% less damage for 4 seconds. |
| Wildshot | Gain Wildshot for 4 seconds. Wildshot causes Projectile skills to fire 4 additional projectiles and deal 35% less damage. |
ITEMS
New Legendary Bow: Deadeye Sovereign Perfect Shots increase your Total Damage by 10% for 4 seconds, up to 30%. Imperfect shots remove all stacks.
MINONS
Bear has been updated to the new AI system and now works with Invoke Pact, which will trigger its slam attack.
Blood Leshen has also been updated and been given a powerful projectile which can also be activated with Invoke Pact.
Zombie Warrior has been updated and been given a powerful shockwave attack which can also be activated with Invoke Pact.
IMPROVED
Items now automatically vacuum to you when combat ends.
Meditation
Time to complete reduced from 4 to 2 seconds.
Now grants 30% increased movement speed for 5 seconds or until you enter combat.
Added a progress bar.
CHANGED
The new camera behavior intended to help gameplay while using a gamepad is now only enabled when using a gamepad.
