Fixed Issue preventing some citizens and clay from spawning in starting area

Negative traits will now only appear on citizens that has positive traits

Dev's Note: We've seen a wide demand for automation earlier in the game and thought this would be a more suitable spot for it
Non-repeating tasks will now take priority over repeating tasks when ordered
Gates will now automatically open and close for players and carts
Increased storage capacity of the material storage. Especially noticeable on the upgraded versions
Fixed a crash with Trading Post
Items
Fixed incorrectly swapped damage numbers on "Flamines Vulcanalis Bow"
Tectonic Boots no longer make you bald
Items can now be added to the secondary gear set without having to swap to that set (using the tiny boxes)
Fixed Tectonic armour rolling the wrong modifiers when crafted
Flamines Volcanalis Armour set can now roll modifiers when crafted
