Dear tinkerers,
as usual, thank you so much for playing Rogue Voltage in Early Access. We are well on our way to the version 1.0 and your feedback is helping a lot.

NEW ICE BIOME:
We've been playtesting this one a bit already, thank you to everybody involved in the design. The new option for stage 3 and the alternative to the volcano stage - "Frozen Wastes", the ice biome, is now here and waiting for you to conquer it!
The biome's unique mechanic is the new Blizzard effect in the timeline.
It features 6 all-new monsters that try to decelerate you and freeze your modules.
Some monsters apply the potentially devastating new Ice Crust status.
There's still a lot of animations and SFX missing but I'll continue iterating over it to make it real nice!
NEW MODULES:
The new Centrifuge module rewards you for going for a "Boost" build. It might be a bit too strong, I'll keep an eye on it!
Grease Canister introduces the all-new "Grease" status. Prepare yourself for the debuffs in the later stages by greasing up your most important modules!
Grav Nullifier is now "Null Sphere" and also applies Grav. Immunity to all combatants.
NEW GENERATOR META:
The "Aggregate" module type is gone. They're all generators now. Yes, we have generators in common and uncommon now!
More importantly: All previous "Generator Upgraders" are gone. You didn't love them and I didn't love them as well. They're all getting replaced by this thing:
NEW BESTIARY:
The new bestiary is a place where you can learn about monsters and their attacks once you've seen them. It's still a bit prototypical, especially when playing with controller, but we'll tighten it up in future updates!
GAMEPLAY CHANGES:
"Treasure Chest" ?-event now scales with stage level, giving you a module of level 1/2/3 instead of just a level 1 module like before.
Reactor boss' pollution and deceleration got a bit excessive. Now it only decelerates you by 1 and debuffs you with one of 4 possible debuffs.
MODULE DROP TABLE TWEAKS:
Being offered meaningful modules options as loot is the most important thing for the fun of a run. We are continously iterating over the drop tables to balance out power level and pick rates.
Paint Buckets in "Common" tier get "Replicating" status effect
Nitrous Dispenser upshifted from uncommon to rare <- this one is strong, try it!
Amplifier Factory now comes with Amplification 1. You've been sleeping on this one as well.
Acceleration Potion Factory now comes with universal input jacks
Aeolian cell is back in common (from uncommon)
UI:
Overworked UI and Paint Bucket Names in Color Blind Mode
Added storm damage UI to Storm turns
Added while module flash frames with high module energy
OPTIMIZATION:
Upgraded to Unity Version 6 from 2022.3 to close the vulnerability as published by Unity a month ago
Optimized performance related to refreshing the timeline UI
Optimized memory usage
