Balanced build costs - Most structures are cheaper to build!
Balanced player/enemy hp/damage - The game is less punishing at the start

Bug Fixes:
Snow particles should now work properly in the proper zone
Chests should no longer be visible above haystacks
Multi-tool Level 2 should now properly break old anvils
