Rogue Blight changes
New Content
New Legendary: Thebe's Beehive
New Legendary: Boots of Endurance
New Weapon Arts: Parrying Dagger, Iron Dagger, Iron Sword, Iron Rapier, and Ice Wand
New Setting: Added a Target FPS option to Video Settings.
Potions can now be switched and consumed during map and cutscenes.
The Legendary Drop Chance upgrade can now be upgraded twice.
Weapon attacks can now hit multiple targets at once. For example, a swing that hits a Wendigo can also hit its spawned minions.
Bosses entering Phase 2 now lose their stun immunity slightly before the transformation animation finishes, allowing players to resume attacking sooner.
Legendary set items are now significantly less likely to drop compared to individual legendary pieces. Previously, 87% of legendary drops were set items; this has been reduced to 62.5%.
Balance Changes
Gorilla Smash follow-up attack wind-up time increased by approximately 30%.
Parrying Dagger and Buckler skills now consume stamina.
Mana Shield has been reworked:
No longer costs mana.
Reduces skill costs by 25% for 6 seconds.
Cooldown reduced to 10 seconds.
The Zima NPC encounter in "?" events can now only appear in the second half of a run.
Reduced Zima NPC health from 335 to 300.
Improvements
Improved automatic controller button selection in the Blacksmith menu.
Graphics settings can now be changed from the pause menu. Previously, these options were only available from the main menu.
The default controller button for changing potions is now X.
Recommended for players who use D-Pad Down for menu navigation to avoid accidental potion changes.
Resolution options now display refresh rates with "Hz" labels.
Renamed the stats page entry from Fungi Level to Total Fungi for clarity.
Fixed and improved several Polish translations.
Implemented a seed system for run consistency. Saving and loading a game will now preserve outcomes such as shop inventories and chest contents.
Reorganized the loot window to improve item presentation.
Pressing Pause while viewing a node on the map now closes the node window instead of immediately opening the pause menu.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where opening the map and then the pause menu while in the Shop or Blacksmith menu could cause overlapping UI screens.
Reworked VSync implementation, it should work on all of the hardware now.
Fixed an issue where the VSync setting would not save correctly and would re-enable itself after restarting the game.
