Fixes
* Added some safety around Encounters and the Loot Screen (for historic pre-patch records.) This has caused some issues since #37 if you had missions in existing Encounters - it would lock up after the loot screen had shown. * Rebalanced cannonballs and fixed issue where they'd expire too early.
Changes
* Building Smoke now expires for Performance. * Removed Sound FX from Sending Units to Land
