Update Notes: Combat Overhaul, Movement & The Logbook
Combat & Movement
Stamina Removed: Jumping and sliding are now completely unrestricted.
Dash Rework: To balance the unlimited mobility, dashing now operates on a dedicated cooldown.
Loadout Overhaul: Scrapped the two-gun system. You now wield a single primary weapon that is specifically tied to your chosen character.
Dedicated Melee Weapons: The secondary gun slot has been replaced entirely by a dedicated melee system. Hitting 'F' now triggers a unique melee weapon instead of a basic gun-bash. Each melee weapon features its own distinct properties and upgrade paths to fully support melee-focused builds.
UI & Progression
- New Logbook SystemRemoved the old 'Achievements' tab and replaced it with a massive Logbook. This acts as your central hub to track data and view unlock requirements for all characters, enemies, items, sigils, and superweapons.
Settings Rework: Completely redesigned the Settings menu UI.
- Visual Clarity SlidersAdded transparency settings for particles (to reduce screen clutter) and enemy attack telegraphs.
Visuals & Game Feel
- Juiced Hit FeedbackLanding shots feels a lot punchier now. Added more particle effects on hit, and tweaked the physics of HP/XP orbs so they pop out cleaner and are much easier to spot mid-fight.
