It’s usually 1000 small improvements stacked on top of each other over time.

A lighting adjustment. A better effect. A cleaner UI moment. A balance tweak. A stronger title screen. Better terrain colors. Sharper audio. More lore. Better pacing. More clarity. Less friction.

Individually, most people would never notice these things.

But together? The game slowly starts revealing itself.

That’s what Riftborn feels like right now. Less like I’m forcing something into existence and more like I’m uncovering what was already there underneath the surface.

Slowly. Consistently. Piece by piece.

And honestly, that process has become one of my favorite parts of development.
