Preview of Patch v0.4.1 (Releasing April 31st)

The Demo version of Requiem of Reuinis will receive v0.4.1 update on April 31st. This update reflects several changes we’ve decided to implement after listening closely to player feedback.

changedAccording to our data, nearly every player chose to pick up the recipe for the [Crude Iron Sword]. This indicates its effects are currently over-tuned. To bring it back in line, we are adjusting its stats.

  1. According to our data, nearly every player chose to pick up the recipe for the [Crude Iron Sword]. This indicates its effects are currently over-tuned. To bring it back in line, we are adjusting its stats.

New Effect: [Crude Iron Sword] 2 Slots, Retain, Poison +7.

  1. Some players felt the effect of [Heal] was too straightforward and lacked strategic depth. Therefore, we are revising it to encourage more thoughts:

Modification: Changed from "Restore 250 HP" to "At the start of next exploration, restore 250 HP."

  1. In response to feedback that long-term "grinding by auto-exploring" leads to players having more money than they can spend, we are introducing a more realistic financial system.

Inflation: The prices of all items in the shop will now increase by 0.1% every day.

  1. We have added an [Action Mode] in the settings. Enabling this will change the game's genre to a 2D Platformer.

  2. Fixed a bug where players were able to skip dialogue, and introduced 3 new bugs into the game.

  3. We noticed that many pro players are killing bosses so quickly that the BGM doesn't finish playing. To fix this, Bosses will now gain 63 Divine Shield, allowing them to negate the first 63 instances of damage.

  1. To increase the game's play time, completing specific conditions after defeating the original Final Boss will now unlock a hidden Act

  2. This act features hidden bosses and the True Final Boss. (Note: There is definitely no Act 4!)
